Support

PTACAS and WebAdMIT staff are available to assist participating programs as needed.

PTACAS staff should be contacted at ptacas@apta.org for help with the following items:

• Contact updates
• Deadline date changes
• Deadline extensions for individual applicants
• PTACAS policy and procedure questions or suggestions
• Application content questions or suggestions
• Feature suggestions or feedback for WebAdMIT
• Applicant-specific questions

The WebAdMIT Support team should be contacted for assistance with all WebAdMIT issues, including:

• WebAdMIT access and account creation issues
• Training on specific WebAdMIT functionality or features
• Assistance with setting up various aspects of WebAdMIT

PTACAS Program Deadlines and Dates

• Jan. 31 PTACAS Final Applicant Decisions Due in WebAdMIT Programs are required to report final admissions decision on each applicant for previous applicant cycle.
• Feb. 15 PTACAS Academic Update 1 Closes Final deadline to submit additional application changes and additions.
• April 15 PTACAS Changes Document Posted Accepted enhancement suggestions posted.
• May 4 PTACAS Academic Update Period 2 Opens Make updates to recently completed or planned/in-progress course work on already-submitted application.
• May 16 Configuration Portal Opens Time to set up your application content.
• July 15 PTACAS Configuration Due Application content submission deadline for configuration in the prelaunch portal.
• Aug. 31 PTACAS Application Closed Application submissions close.
• Aug. 31 PTACAS Final Application Submission Date Final date applicants can submit PTACAS applications.
• Aug. 31 PTACAS Academic Update Period 2 Closes Final deadline to submit additional application changes and additions.
• Sep. 2 PTACAS Final Document Receipt Date Last day applicants can submit required documents to PTACAS.
• Sep. 9 PTACAS Application Processing Ceases Applications will no longer be processed or verified after this date.
• Sep. 15 PTACAS Application Open for Applicants Applicants can begin applying within PTACAS and submitting their application materials.
• Sep. 15 PTACAS Custom Export Layout Available The document that details every data point collected in PTACAS and how to export it out of WebAdMIT.
• Sep. 15 PTACAS Applicant Data in WebAdMIT Programs can start seeing applicant information in WebAdMIT.
• Sep. 16 PTACAS Transfer of Setting Available in WebAdMIT Opportunity for you to be able to bring last year's WebAdMIT settings to this year or create new ones.
• Sep. 16 PTACAS Annual Applicant Data Report From Previous Cycle Posted Summary data from previous applicant pool will be posted on the PTACAS website (link will be posted here by end of February 2022)
• Dec. 15 PTACAS Enhancement Suggestions Due Your chance to provide PTACAS with feedback on the application process.
• Dec. 15 Academic Update One Opens Applicants are able to update recently completed coursework and submit updated transcripts to PTACAS

PTACAS Updates

Each year, PTACAS implements certain updates and enhancements to the content, policies, features, functionality, and integrations with outside platforms found in the application and WebAdMIT. The final list of changes for an upcoming cycle is published with participating programs and shared on this page each year, typically by mid-April.
